Dissapointed with delivery service

<p>I ordered items to be delivered in PE. I only received notice on the day of delivery that delivery would be delayed. I then called the call centre who couldn't give me a date as to when the parcel would be delivered. my delivery was for a gift and only found out it was delivered by the receiver. I was never informed of delivery nor was I informed that there was no stock on one of the items that I would have liked to arrange an alternative for. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am terribly dissapointed in the service and will definately think twice before I use woolworths online again!</p>
