Dissapointed in WW Food

I bought a chicken avo sandwich at WW store in Hazeldene Square on the 19th of October. Very dissapointed i found a piece of woodlike stick in my sandwich. I sent a complaint to WW, and to date no respone

Is this Woolwoths quality and customer service?!
