Dissapointed

Disappointed in Woolies for selling me wine that was very acidy and not up to the standard I know.

Since March, I am awaiting my refund, after they have acknowledged that some wines were off and not to the standard they should be. I am really getting sick of having to call in and follow up on this when I am always told, someone will call me, and they do not.
