DISSAPOINTED

Good evening

On the 20th of March 2021 i bought oranges at Woolies in West Gate Mall, in the pack 1 was rotten and i called woolies Head Office and they told me to send them a picture of the orange so they can see and send it to technologist to check it, i did. On the 23rd i send through an email to ask how far r they, got a reply that they are still busy with it, in the 24th i received an apology reply they promised me a R100 voucher within 2 working days now its even more. I'm so disappointed in wollies, i shop there at woolies all the time, i tought it was really "The Difference" but now I'm not s****
