Dissapointed

Completely dissatisfied at Woolworths , My mom bought a phone from them then it did not work, when she rook it back she was told to wait for 25 days and that was still on the 15 July now its the 05 September no phone yet she had to go there 3 times at that store in semi marks Pretoria Central and no one could answer , she even said they should giver back her money and told her some story ..i am really dissapointed by Woolworths ..My mom is 68 years of age and doing up and down for follow ups when they have committed to give her feedback but nothing at all and there is no turn around time provided to deal with such a situation .
