Disrespectful staff

I have bought thousands of Rands of clothes and food over the years at Woolworths, and have never returned or exchanged anything. I recently tried to return a pair of pants that didn't fit me (bough a couple of weeks prior). I was assisted by Thandi Dlamini and Thatthu at Woolworths Mall of Africa. I was told that I had worn the pants and washed it, which I did not, as it did not fit me. They were smelling the pants without any masks on and insisted I remove my mask to smell it as well, to which I refused. They then proceeded to to call the store manager and **** to him, saying that I was using foul/aggressive language towards them and quoted words that I have never used in my life. The manager did not listen to a single sentence from me and kept of saying I was disrespectful, even though he could not even look me in the eyes while aggressive talking to me. I can only assume it was because I am a flamboyant *** man that I was treated with such disrespect and hatred. Woolworths, you have lost a very loyal customer.
