Disrespectful

On the 5th of June I went to @WOOLWORTHS_SA Jabulani mall to grab lunch on my way back to work I Bought ****ins assorted 12 and 4 tot R110 when I took a bit it had mould I logged a complain with them (Re: Fwd: Woolworths_***) then only today I got composited but Because I a nobody I’m just another annoying customer I got (Dear MR MALULEKE herewith your Woolies G/Card for the value of R50. Customer Ref ***. Bin ***, CVV 005. Please produce your ID when collecting your gift card at any Woolies Store.) no refund Just a R50 for things that cost R110 how disrespectful is this I spent that Amount and was instructed to discard that product and take pictures of it... another annoying part is to be told see pic , I mean how possible is that this blueberry stained so far without leaving trace
