DISRESPECT TO CLIENT!!!

I am disgusted with your staff member at the Westville KZN Pavilion branch. Her name is Babalwa Mbiko, sitting down and snickering to her colleagues that I "had an attitude". Well, I might have as I had to wait more than 30 minutes while the gentlemen from the men's department held forever for someone in the Mens' at the Galleria branch to come to the phone! Same Galleria I just tried calling 3 times yesterday (20.09.21) morning with NO reply! I find this service appalling especially given that we buy our year-end staff gifts from Woolies, spending something close to R3mil. ????????
