Disrespect and Rudeness

I visit Woolworths Springs Mall once a month when I visit my sister staying in a centre for disabled people in the area. The service is terrible every time I go there. On Sunday morning 5/2/23 my aunt and I went to the warm food counter to buy pies. The lady serving was at the back, we could see her and she saw us but simply ignored us. We rang the bell and she shouted "coming". We waited and waited and we rang the bell again. She again shouted "coming" but she didn't. I then called and asked her to please come help us as we have an appointment and cannot stand there for an extended period waiting for her to finish whatever she was doing. She came to the front and rudely said "well I'm here now". I told her she needs to respect her customers a little more. We left but went back a minute later to ask if she has serviettes. We walked in to her and another employee mocking us, hitting their hands on the counter and mock shouting "demands". We went to the tills to pay and were discussing this while in the queue. The lady in front of us turned around and said she complains to the manager of this store every week and all she gets is eyes rolled at her so we can just as well save ourselves the trouble to complain. Woolworths, I expect a personal apology from this employee and I think it's time you intervene in this store. If I go there again and gets treated with such rudeness I will make sure the entire east rand is made aware of the disrespect your customers are treated with. Maybe it's time to boycott this store altogether.
