Dismissive customer support and poor quality of sparkling water from store

I didn’t want to publicly leave a review (so I tried to contact customer support directly).

I purchased 4 x 6 packs of sparkling water from Woolworths Village View. Upon bringing them home and opening them, I realised that the handling was done really poorly (the bottles were all damaged and as a result, some lids can’t open and the ones that can - it’s now just still water).

I’ve been buying sparkling water from Woolworths for years and didn’t want to leave a bad review (as I’ve always had positive experiences). But the customer support I received was shockingly bad and really dismissive.

Guess I’ll have to go somewhere else for my sparkling water now.
