Dismissal for labour court!

I have been dismissed at work for purchasing sale... And got suspended in january for the items bought in December... Eventually the allegations were not brought forward prior to suspension...at the end i have to loose my job for purchasing sale... Thats really unfair. I ddnt take them to ccma due to the corona lockdown... Is it possible to take them to labour court for unfair suspension n dismissal!
