Dismal Service

I ordered a box of choclates for a client and asked that it be delivered by a certain date and time. The first delivery was attempted after the specified hours and I requested delivery the next day, needless to say it didnt get done, 4 call later I was told its still at the store and the driver forgot to take the order. 3 call later the next day and after hours of being put on hold and transfered and made promises I never get a call back. It is at this point I gave up. The next day I got a call to say that the package was delivered, I requested for a POD to see who signed for the parcel and I was I would get it emailed to me. Its now 4 hours later and still no email and I have to call back once again and have been on hold for 15 minutes.

Needless to say I am never buying from Woolwoths online ever again.
