dishonest sales consultants

I was called this morning about a gold store card and to my surprise it's a credit card. this is not what was agreed to please cancel other wise will be taken up with ombudsman Miss Diedericks, please collect your Woolies Credit Card. Click on: www.woolies.co.za/fsh to find a store. Please bring along your barcoded ID. I will not be collecting this card. no where in the conversation was this advised as a credit card.. the consultant was not complying with fit and proper honesty and integrity should be debared not happy....
