Dishonest enrichment and lack of accountability

I placed an online order on the 30th June 2019 and on the 31st June 2019 I received an sms that my parcel is on the way, I never received it.To my surprise my account has been debited with that order amount but my order was apparently returned to the warehouse as I did not have enough funds.I called Woolworths and have been sent from pillar to post instead of crediting my account with the amount they took for the order I never received.This needs to be resolved asap otherwise they will loose me
