Dishonest

I bought flowers online for a sick friend. I paid for two bunches and they only delivered 1. If I hadn't asked the friend she would have only received the one bunch. When I e-mailed a query WW ignored my query. I phoned and they said they only had 1 in stock and would refund me in 14 days time. Nobody said anything to me that they only had 1 in stock and I wonder if I will receive my refund. Disgusting service from another store that has gone down the drain - they should be ashamed of themselves - taking peoples money and seeing if they can get away with it
