Disgusting Woolworths treatment

I’m utterly disgusted by the level of 0 compassion of one of the manager of Woolworths Jabulani Mall is. Imagine accompanying an elderly who has held an account with the store for more than 20 years to be treated as such. Accomplish my mother who started having back pains while trying to get herself a new gown and slippers with no luck, we decide she uses one of the Woolworths trolleys as balance so it doesn’t hurt much. She decides to pay her credit card and store account and head back straight to the car as the pain is unbearable. Instead she is told she’s told she can’t take the trolley out if she doesn’t buy something? REALLY? I’m so angry at the level of disrespect towards my mother after the manager tells her customers will need the trolley. Isn’t she a customer? Hasn’t she just spent her money a few minutes back? She was just going to use the trolley for what 5 minutes to get to the car nothing more!!! The level of zero compassion is the worst I’ve ever seen!!!!! What happened to customer service Woolworths?
