disgusting, unprofessional, unfriendly service

DIKELEDI AT FOURWAYS IS NOT THE TYPE OF MANAGER I WOULD CALL A MANAGER. RUDE, WONT UNDERSTAND MY STORY , said i can go back to Sandton which is far, for a R150 plus minus piece of rubble, thin, actually see through. O, what an experience, not the 1st time Fourways Mall. i bought some bodysuit things i needed from sandton city woolworths. only saturday, today 2 days later with invoices or proof at fourways mall she credited this so called denim dress, the fit was so terrible you needed to put a t shirt underneath it for you breast now to show on the side... i didnt try on, as i didnt have time. when it came to this rubble cheap tops, sea through, she said the one was dirty, looking for an excuse not to refund, i said, im not woolworth she should sort out with sandton... i refused, it landed up in a screaming session, she gave me a panic attach, after spending over an half an hour there, time is very important, im a business woman, and its monday to crown it of. she was unfriedly, rude, and actually crual. her excuse was that it was dirty... it had a slight mark, but i received from sandton like that, why would she from woolworths not refund.... the time was the problem that was wasted, she also just walked away, without as i asked her to phone sandton, she ignored me. I spend R3000 per week on food at Woolworths, today had left a bitter taste in my mouth, i also bough linen (egyption linnen) costed me over R10 000 from that branch without blinking and eye lash. i honestly think its the Fourways branch, its dirty, the food section is dirty, its disgustion, and no management, and staff rude. also , the staff was having a good laugh hiding behind the other.... i have never came across something so ridiculous and unprofessional in my life.....
