Disgusting unprofessional treatment from Promenade Woolworths staff

We can always start with

The Consumer Protection Act, National Credit Regulator and so many other laws was implimented for the protection of Consumer and ensuring fair and respectable treatment towards customers and credit providers act and treat customers in a certain manner.

On Saturday 13th April 2024 @ 16:40 I visited Woolworths in Promenade Mall Mitchells Plain. I was the next customer to pay the cashier Kauthar Fakier in clothing got up , Made as if she didn't see me then started a whole conversation with her PPC(Pay Point Controller) while a paying customer is standing in the line waiting to be helped with goods that I wanted to purcahse , bare in mind i was going to pay at food market but than i saw in clothing its empty so why not go there with the intention of being helped faster and effectively, Instead I got that type of service. Do you think that is the values of Woolworths and how they treat there customers? I then contacted the store on the 14th April at 9:36 spoke to an clothing female manager that was on duty , who was going to investigate , view the cameras and call me back still waiting on feedback I called the store again on Monday(15th) , Asked the girl at switchboard (Zayaan) to put me through to the store manager , at the time I called He left the store , I gave my contact details for them to call the moment any feedback is there for me , Still nothing came for it Yesterday(16th April) , Again I called the store to find out if the store manager was in and aware of the incident I was rudely told that he was in store but left again . At this point I gave this store chance after chance to contact me so we can resolve the issue but it's clear they are not bothered

Does any of the acts that is laws, been respected and acted by the cashiers of Woolworths? Do you think the NCR would be proud of the way customers are treated within your Promenade branch when not even a complaint is taken seriously?
