Hi, so take a look at this video. We went and bought a bag of charcoal and most of the bag was full of bricks just to add to the weight. We went back to the Woolworths at Ferndale Village. They told us we need a slip. We then provided slips with proof from our bank accounts. The person starts shouting at us! Telling us he can't help us. He refuses to help us!
