DISGUSTING SERVICE WOOLWORTHS STRUBENSVALLEY LIFESTYLE CROSSING

I am a very regular customer of Woolworths Strubensvalley, Lifestyle Crossing branch and yesterday when i went to do some grocery shopping, i bought a box of OMO liquid capsules which were on promotion/special for R89.99 and only realised when i got home that i was charged the normal price of R109.99. Today, Tuesday 25 February i went back to Woolworths Lifestyle crossing and wanted to query the price. When i got there, there was no price on the shelf like there was yesterday and so i went to ask a manager and was told the following... "I have no proof it was on special yesterday".. was his answer...! Surely management and staff should be aware of the prices/promotions of their stock..?? I then said to this manager, why are there no prices on the shelf and again said to him, i was charged the incorrect price yesterday and today you are telling me you dont know what the price is..??? PATHETIC DISGUSTING LACK OF SERVICE!!!!! I WILL NOT BE SUPPORTING THAT BRANCH EVER AGAIN.
