DISGUSTING SERVICE WOOLWORTHS

Disgusting Service WOOLWORTHS!!!!!!! After being a regular client for 20 years. I will no longer support this franchise!!!!!! Online grocery order last week Wednesday. Still no delivery. Call centre agents are of absolutely no help. No managers get back to me after calling 3 TIMES to speak to a manager and an email requesting the same. 6 days later still no groceries and no response to any of my emails and no answer as to what the status of my order is. Now i can't even get through to anyone at the call centre to cancel and have my money refunded.
