Disgusting service Woolworths

Pathetic service I have experienced from woolworths of late. 27th November I placed an order on woolworths online and the earliest available date for delivery was December 9, 2020. I patiently waited for the 9th and nothing is delivered and today is the 15th still haven't received my order. Most frustrating is that even the call centre doesn't seem to be able to trace the parcel and their courier of choice Dawn Wing doesn't seem to care
