Disgusting service just like their insects found in their food

I recently bought broccoli and cauliflower from Woolies, I found ants inside. I sent an emails to complain but no one responded, I even went on twitter but all they say is I am sorry. I want my refund and they collect their insects, their service is as disgusting as those insects I found in their food. I’m so disappointed because no one cares, checkers would’ve rep**** and ensure all was sorted in one day.
