DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM WOOLWORTHS ONLINE SHOPPING!!!

Woollies is honestly the worst online shopping provider. They get orders wrong and then send you from pillar to post without resolution. There delivery partners are the worst - cannot even keep the time nor even enable tracking. Last week I received substitutes in my order which to-date have not been resolved; despite more than 10 emails to the service email and a call to the customer care. Why must one escalate to Execs to get standard service? I AM DISGUSTED BY WOOLLIES. I am sure CHECKERS HAS BETTER ONLINE SERVICE right now!!!!
