Disgusting service from Shuayba

Woolworths Somerset Mall sies...I'm disgusted by your customer service.

Bought shoes at that store 3 months ago, went to do some shopping today at the mall, wearing the shoes, discovered it was broken so decided to visit their customer service section to report this matter.

Was helped by a consultant, the matter was escalated to Shuayba 'the so called customer service manager' who actually lacked customer service. Initially a supervisor had told me that its the first time they got a complaint about this particular shoe and because of they need guidance from a technologist who would assess and advise. Going back to Shuayba, she told me that there's nothing she can and how I go home barefeet has nothing to do with her, note that I travelled by taxi. I then asked for the store manager and Eugene Matthews came along reiterating the same thing but the question stands, do I go home barefeet? Answer is you can bring them tomorrow, mean I g I have to waste money and time tomorrow for a 'quality product' that needs to be assessed a it is procedure. And then guess what? Eugene was actually not the store manager but the Ops manager. I again asked for the store manager and Eugene said he would go and look for him but apparently he was in a meeting and I advised him that I would wait. I stepped out of the store for 15 minutes only to come back to the news that the MIA (missing in action) store manager had left...WOW. My guess is he was never in a meeting and was still in the store but whose complaining? A BLACK STUPID FOOL.

It was then that Shuayba requested the assistance of a security guard to escort me to the door like some *****. A very rude lady. By the way Woolworths please stop promoting on basis of service...you're ****ing you're reputation.

So all in all I left the shoe at the store and went home barefeet, how humiliating and embarrassing.

One last question with regards to the fact that im the first to complain about this shoe, who is this fairy that is supposed to complain first the I can follow? What colour is this person? I'd really like to know.

I left the store without anyone asking for my contact details. Or maybe you'll shove my R799 were the sun don't shine.
