Disgusting service

Had the worst experience at Woolies Eastrand mall today, after purchasing clothing @ the store I walked past the Estee Lauder counter where the sales lady asked me if I am looking for foundation I rep**** and said thanks but it’s expensive I noticed that she was pouring some foundation into a test tub and I asked if they give out samples to try, she then rep**** n said what is the point if you can’t afford it? I responded :I didn't say I can’t afford it ,I said it was expensive if I had tried the sample I might've changed my mind &seen the value of the foundation. I said she was rude & didn't want her assistance when she offered after she could see I was clearly upset and embarrassed me in front of other shoppers. You won’t see me at Woolworths again, you would expect excellent service from a shop like Woolworths and a product house like Estee Lauder, I really am appalled
