Disgusting service

I am beyond peeved at woolies! been a loyal customer for so long, got desserts that were rotten, told them about it the very next day, kept it in my fridge for a week. Asked the store (paddocks mall milnerton) if I should bring the desserts, emailed the slip, and after a month of being toyed with, they tell me they wont refund me due to lack of evidence WHEN I ASKED TO BRING IT IN AND KEPT IT IN MY FRIDGE!!! Its almost a 5oo bucks woolies I want my refund!
