Disgusting service at woolies cavendish square

I am appalled at the service I just received at Woolworths Cavendish square,I went in last November to exchange an item the person that assisted was very rude and condescending to a point where I was about to leave the store m and just leave everything she told me she can assist me after being so so unprofessional fine I accepted her help but I knew I’d raise my concern with an email because I’m not one to cause a scene in store,I asked for her name and she told me she is Anthea only to find out later when I got a call from a manager at cavendish that there’s no Anthea at the store this is huge red for me because why would you not wear your name tag then lie about your name, I asked the manager I was communicating with what she suggests I do because I can’t just let this go she said she doesn’t know because I saw how unwilling she was to help me resolve this I gave her a solution I told her I’ll come to the store again and I’ll identify the person she never call or communicated with me in any way after that,so today I decided to go to cavendish to exchange my brothers clothes he got after coming back from initiation,he said he doesn’t want anything now he’ll buy something when he’s ready and that’s what I told the managers Nishaat and jeromi mead and they were outright rude asking me condescending questions and nasty comments about this is my second time exchanging without a receipt and I explained to them this is because I shop at woolworths a lot and so what if it’s my second time? What does that have to do with anything? They asked me to stand on the side so they can assist other customers I’m presuming this is because I’m black so my issue is not as important as the next person I despise the staff working at cavendish they are unruly and unprofessional I have been a customer for so long at your store but your staff at cavendish has made me question if I want to continue being loyal to woolworths I left the store so so upset and heartbroken no one was assisting me I was just pushed to the side like a stray dog as a result I never want to speak to anyone from that store they disgust me,I walked out of that store because no one at all wanted to help from here I’m going to hello Peter and twitter,I want actions taken and I wanna know what actions those are I want a satisfactory resolution for myself because I did not as all deserve the treatment I’ve received at that,I will be sure to tell my colleagues,family and friends about this experience.
