Disgusting Service and Utter Disrespect

<p>I orderd a full chicken at the food bar, and asked for fried patotato chips; I was then advised that they don't prepare chips as part of the menu. I then reccomended/suggested that they start adding in on their menu, the lady told they won't and she can call her manager for me. I then asked her to call the manager to make the suggestion, as I waited for the manager a lady came out from what looks like the woolworths kitchen and she asked if she can help; I then advised her of my suggestion, and that's when all hell broke loose and this lady started ranting at me and making gestures with her face, demonstrating an act of utter disrepect. She even went to the extend of telling me that I am annoying her, why don't I just grab what's on the menu. I then asked her if she just said I "Woolies Client" is annoying her? She blatantly told me in my face that I am irritating and annoying her. I walked away, and started looking for the store manager. I met the manager by the name of Lebo, and as I was trying to explain the utmost degrading, disgusting, utter disrespect, horrible service and attitude I've just experience she just started speaking again elaborating on what she had said. I stood there expecting the manager to defuse the situation, as she was performing in the glare of other clients in the store. However I saw the most digusting insurbodination when she spoke to her manager in a disrepectful way, and left the scene while the manager was addressing her. I was extremely taken aback, and I'm still in awe that I can experience such disgusting service at a brand of such high calibre as Woolworths, and to add insult to injury this took place at extraordinary classy Mall such as Hyde Park Mall wow ...</p> <p> </p> <p>I condemn this sort of customer service, I am using credit it's my cash. I am taken aback, and I am going expose you on all my social media platforms including my show on radio. I will not tolerate bieng disrespected by a service provider, when I am spending my money. Woolworths Hyde has pathetic service, and the manager failed me dismally.</p>
