Disgusting service and poor quality shoes

WORST Service EVER. I am very disappointed with Woolworths I bought a pair of boots woolworths claim it's leather, I only wore it for 4 months and the sole is coming out. I took it back to Woolworths Canal Walk on the 6th of July 2019 I was attended by the WORST manager ever. She did not even great nor introduce herself I'm not even sure she works there no name tags, wearing dirty clothes she refused to give me her name until I insisted. Woolworths has become the worst retail store that sells poor quality shoes and claim it's good quality.
