Disgusting service and goods

I am so disappointed and disgusted in Woolworths. I have been sending them emails upon emails, went on their Facebook page and still no response from them. Their service is appalling and thier quality of food and goods are not up to standard. Why am I paying for quality goods and I am not receiving that quality goods and services. Im a very disappointed and dissatisfied customer....
