Disgusting Service

Poor Service at Greenstone Woolworths. 2 Tellers available at Customer Service. The one teller allows the customer she is serving to go off and look for something. The customer was away for at least 10 minutes before I intervened and said open another till. You cannot have a whole queue waiting for service while a customer disappears to go and do some more shopping while everyone waits. Such mismanagement of the situation
