Disgusting Service

I had an extremely bad service from Woolworths customer service. A Lady by the name Awongile gave me appalling service, i requested for a settlement letter after i did a month ago. she was so rude to me and i asked for the supervisor and she was still rude to me and said she would send an email. i then asked for her name, which took 6minutes to get from her. she refused to give me her surname and reference number then dropped the call on my ear.
