Worst service ever!!!!

I had to exchange a few items for bigger sizes, they recently revamped their store so customer service is not where it used to be.

I requested assistance and was directed to the a specific line. Christinah and Nonkuteko(management) saw me standing in the line for assistance while they were busy helping other ladies. I stood there for close to 20min and when it was finally my turn to be served they told me I was standing in the incorrect line and refused to help me referring me to another line with 15 people before me.

When I asked to read their names and walked out they laughed.

I've never been treated like this as a customer i felt embarrassed and ashamed as people saw and heard our interaction.

Disgusting service!!
