Disgusting service

The worst store manager, confrontational, sarcastic, nonchalant and in the middle of a pandemic as he spoke down to me infront of 4 members of his staff, he kept touching my hand and arm until I lost it. No wonder the store is closing on the 28 Feb. His ****** behaviour is uncalled for and that over a return of a item which I had lost the till slip for, it reflected on my reward card but still he denied me help though item was in its original condition. What an awful experience, I wish for the incident to be seen by people as it was just under one of the store cameras infrontbof my infant and teen son. Kevin Littlefield from Bayside mall should not be a store manager, disgusting individual definitely the first bad experience at a Woolworths store, he doesn't align with the class and values of the brand .
