Disgusting service

What a dreadful experience at Woolworths Cresta .I have never eaten there and decided I never will after today’s incident .

I went to order a take away large cappuccino and waited for patiently for a minimum of 10 min - I asked the gentleman making the coffees if I could get some assistance he blatantly ignored me I ASKED HIM 4 times !! I was ignored a lady can’t to serve me got distracted and carried on assisting the waitresses. I asked for his babe and they did not want to give it to me ! I was finally assisted my husband arrived and I told the lady that he would get the coffee - I went to find the manager - long story short she wasn’t available , then then she was downstairs in a meeting and I was to leave my name and number / I did week this happened at about 12.15 it is now 18.36 no call(VERY LONG MEETING) - the sheer arrogance of the staff in the restaurant/ disgusting the food section service and cashiers great the rest of the store -NOT . I get emails to rate the service which I’m honest about / no call backs as to why I’ve given a bad rating / Cresta Woolworths won’t see me soon !
