Disgusting service

My app has not been working for a month. I called in no assistance. I was advised someone will call no one did. For a retail giant like this it is absurd and frustrating. None if my emails were answered as well. It's sickening and so very annoying. Woolworths better jack their service . This is disgusting and not customer friendly at all
