Disgusting Service

I received a terrible service at Woolies in Phuthaditjhaba, Qwaqwa on Saturday 14 July 2018. I had an issue with a quality return and one of the sales consultants told me to come back on Monday when the store manager is back. When i tried to challenge that, I was treated like a maniac in front of other customers. I had to call Woolworths customer care line before I could eventually get assisted, but still with an attitude. I'm a loyal customer of Woolies and never have I received such a bad treatment in Secunda. I'm so disappointed!!
