Disgusting service

Woolworth service in brackenhurst is pathetic based on my recent encounter at the store with Thokozani the manager. I have a life threatening illness and cannot stand in long queues. I approached the manager and asked him to please accommodate me. His response to my dilemma was appalling to say the least. Instead of showing empathy he was so rude and insensitive to my situation. Being ill is not a choice and you would expect woolies to accommodate their customers needs. He rather complained that he had to explain to the other customers. That's why he is the manager and had to handle such situations. He told me to order online yet he had no info to offer me. If this is the treatment a long standing customer gets its so pathetic. God forbid he gets put in a situation oneday where he needs assistance that he has no control over. I would like your management to contact me cause I was utterly disheartened.
