DISGUSTING SERVICE

I am really ****ed of with ur services...I made 2 payments on Monday the 25th to is the 29th only my credit card payment was recorded???? Then I call speak to Jonathan he confirms all information and proof has been submitted to finance department and my funds will be available today wow.....I log in nothing????

I call in speak to Maranius she says she cannot seen much Info on the system amazing it gets better?????

Then she says my money won't reflect now.

What the hell i paid on the 25th and my payment is still not reflected I want this sorted today!!!
