DISGUSTING SERVICE

<p> </p> <p>Woolworths is a lovely brand I love your goods. What I HATE are ***********, REPULSIVE, AND RUDE Representatives WHO HAVE NO RESPECT FOR WOOLWORTHS NOR IT’S CUSTOMERS.I was so disgusted at the RUDENESS OF YOUR NEW RECRUITS . She rudely tells me to go back and check where I was called whereas she was the only vacant cashier and I asked her if I should go back and queue as she was clearly not interested in assisting me and she disgustingly CHEWED her gum and continued.</p> <p>I asked her if she is allowed to CHEW GUM and assist customers and s she confirmed it ( I recorded her on my phone and will upload it on your Facebook page as part of my complaint).</p> <p> </p> <p>AS MUCH AS I LOVE WOOLWORTHS IF YOU DO NOT TRAIN YOUR NEW RECRUITS BEFORE PLACING THEM IN A POSITION TO ASSITS US AS YOUR CUSTOMERS,I PERSONALLY WILL NEVER EVER ENTER YOUR STORE.</p> <p> </p> <p>Yesterday I went to your store and the lady (short hair ) did not greet me , I greeted her and she asked for my Woolies card and processed it and I paid with my bank card , the cashier can be traced and I brushed it off and thought maybe she was having a bad day and today another new recruit NOBUHLE KHUMALO was worse.</p> <p> </p> <p>I do not want to use my hard earned money in purchasing Great Goods and not enjoying them ,due to your disgusting service , I always enjoy my W brownies but today it was bitter due to your stinking service.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p> </p> <p>NS Shabangu</p> <p> </p>
