Disgusting service

I bought shoes from Woolworths online in December 2024 and one shoe was delivered without a strap. I have been sending emails to them almost everyday without any help. To say I'm a dissapointed will not explain my exact feelings. So unprofessional and useless online team. The only word they know is 'ESCALATED' not sure they even know what it means
