Disgusting... Meat was off

This is my 2nd comment on this platform. Woolworths sent me mail stating that it could have been a refrigerator setting at their warehouse that caused the meat to go off. I spent over R700 on thr meat and all they did was apologized and sent me a voucher for R200. So the balance of my money, woolworths took it for themselves. Really sad, j guess that's customer service. Yet woolworths was supposed to be 1 of the trusted and highly rated stores.
