Disgusting management behavior woolworths eastgate

Once again Eastgate Woolworths gives customers a reason not to shop their, with pleasure. Woolworths clearly advertised personalisation of Christmas goodies EVERY WEEKEND 12-5pm. Yesterday I went there at 4pm...no on was available to assist. Today I go there and I'm rudely told that the personalization is ONLY on Saturdays. Sundays are for label making. The totally rude employee made it abundantly clear she is not working for woolworths and it's agreement between her company and woolworths not her. When a manager by the name of Michael was called, guess what he was equally rude and agreed that its only on Saturdays. When I showed him the advert he said the advert may say that it's every weekend but it's not every weekend. It's not according to the advert, he is telling me what it actually is. So why the hell did woolworths advertise that this will be done all weekend? And specific times. Woolworths Eastgate has to be by far the worst woolworths I have been to.
