Disgusting level of service.

Very poor service at the lingerie department. Attendant leaning against pillar. I greeted her and asked if they had front fastening bras. She raised her arm and said no they don't. Another assistant overheard our conversation and said yes they do have and showed me to the stock. My husband asked for the manager and when he arrived the first attendant run up to him to tell him the story. They had a good laugh at my expense. Is this how Woolworths delivers customer care?
