Disgusting, horrible,shocking

Good day, I went to Woolworths harvest place kempton park 27th October at 8h45. I purchased a few things from there. I purchased a baby pouch from the fridge brekkie 6months smooth oats,apple and coconut flavor. My son loves that flavour. I gave him that pouch at 12h00 and at about 30 mins after having it he started vomiting so bad we ended up taking him to the emergency room. Spent the whole afternoon and evening there. The Drs asked me what he had and than I told them. I deciced when I get home I am gonna look for the pouch. Only to realize that it was sell by 27th October and best before 28th October. It is utterly disgusting what happened when I returned to the store. I went to the shelf and looked if there are others only to my horror I saw that there is punches that expired on the 25th October already. I have all the evidence of everything. All pictures of expired pouch's on the shelf on the 28th October. Plus I had to fork out extra money on medicine for my son and to have the trauma of my baby vomiting so bad he had nothing left in his system. Really did not expect this from woolworths.

DISGUSTED AND HORRIBLE!!!!! I want a response with this matter asap. So now Woolworths is giving babies food poisoning for lack of service in stores to maintain expired food.
