DISGUSTING FOOD. POOR SERVICE. NO FEEDBACK.

My friend and I ordered a toasted sandwich at the restaurant in Woolworths Sandton. The sandwich's were cold when they were to the table. We sent them back to be heated. They were returned to us slightly burnt on the outside, but still cold. The salad, a miniscule one, looked like it was day's old. We had to ask the waitress for salad dressing and tomato sauce. We then had to wait for ages to order a coffee, and then waited for ages for the bill. The whole experience was simply awful, disgusting and un-acceptable. I complained to the branch manager on Monday. On Tuesday I phoned him for a response. He promised to come back to me within 10 minutes. Today is Thursday and I have still not had feedback. I will most definitely not be returning to that establishment.
