Disgusting customer service woolworths

Trying to open an account online is the worse thing ever, service is absolutely terrible i had to make numerous calls everyday only to find out that they need a new document from me, i have a screenshot of calling them around 14times in just 4days to find out whats going today is day 4 and i still have no feedback
