Disgusting customer service

Worst customer support ever. I have been waiting 2 weeks for my money to be released from Woolworths due a failed woolies dash transaction. I sent emails and I have called woolworths. Woolworths tells me it's my bank. My bank tells me woolworths has sent no comms to them to release funds. Really pathetic service from people who clearly don't know what they are doing. Or does woolworths ***** people's money now? Already don't respect Islam by packing halaal foods with pork meat. And when you tell the store manager they make no effort to fix the issue when giving them 2 weeks to correct it. Clearly no respect for their customers who are muslim.
