Disgusting customer service!

I phoned in looking for assistance with a particular brand, and I was put through only to have them pick up the call and hang up. I called back, before I could even finish my question Michelle was already answering! If that is not bad enough she says they can assist and then she says that particular product is only available online so they know nothing about it. I speak to the manager who refers me to another retailer who will assist me. I have never heard of a store especially during times like these who would be will to push you off to another retailer for such a high end range. Woolworths clearly does not need our money.
